Hello, we went to Sprinkles Gelato today and I will have to say the food was absolutely awful. I mean I got myself the Kinder Bueno cookie, My daughter and son got the chocoalate, banana and oreo pancake my sons was well made but my daughter was not, she let me try some after saying it was like she was chewing a piece of gum? I went here with my 3 boys one of which was his birthday. The waffles were nice but the crepe was over cooked, staff are rude , no eye contact or manners. Also had to ask for a couple of things which one we had to ask for multiply of times and still got to to wait with her back to us. Very rude staff , need people skills.
Certainly won’t be returning!
