Hello, we went to Sprinkles Gelato today and I will have to say the food was absolutely awful. I mean I got myself the Kinder Bueno cookie, My daughter and son got the chocoalate, banana and oreo pancake my sons was well made but my daughter was not, she let me try some after saying it was like she was chewing a piece of gum? The best ice cream in the area: the flavours are authentic and delicious. Special mention goes to the pistachio, which has the flavour and true green-brown colour of traditional Italian pistachio gelato (a rarity in BC)
