Very bad chicken burger. Avoid this branch.

Around 12:00pm I was getting lunch with my two older grandparents who are leaving for a trip. Even though it was noon on a saturday, it was not busy at that time and we were the only customers. The lady taking the order from my grandpa was being very rude and impatient and whenever he asked a simple question (Such as “How big are your cup sizes?” or “Can you make the burger without mayo?”) she would ignore him until he had to ask again then she would answer in a tone as if it was obvious and as if he was being a hindrance. My grandpa is genuinely a very generous person and acted like it didn’t bother him but it doesn’t make it okay and I had to step in to clarify the order with her because she was being very huffy.
I totally understand being annoyed working in customer service - I’ve worked in customer service for a long time, I get it - but making an older man feel like a burden for asking simple questions to make sure he gets what he pays for is not acceptable.

Food super trash, very very dry burger that tastes nothing like a chicken burger. The lady at the counter does not speak English and got my order wrong. Ordered a chocolate coffee and it tasted a lot like old milk with chocolate toothpaste

Employees at Wendy’s are amazing! They work overnight when most stores are closed, and still manage to give good service. I went there and saw three people taking orders and helping customers. really impressive.

Could hear staff talking in the prep area. Called out to them several times without any response.

I just travelled around the world, landing in Vancouver, so I have the experience to say this wendies is one of the worst in the world. No JBC? The server rudely told me we only have what's on the menu. so then I look at the menu and order chili on the menu. oh no, we don't have that.

The Asian guy who wears glasses had a very bad attitude to the customer. When I ask him, “may please I get a cup of warm water?” he just ignored me and walked away. Another customer asked for a ketchup. He didn’t even say anything and also ignored her. This guy shouldn’t work here.

The worst Wendy I ever had in Canada, the fries are overcooked and salty, I order baconator and the bacons are super hard and the overall burger is super dry!! The worst experience!!

So, I think this was my second time eating at this place. So, I'm not very familiar with this chain. My choice was the classic bacon thingy burger with poutine and a medium Coke. The asking price was $17. The place is clean and well-kept. The employees are friendly. My burger was delicious but... the bun was cold. Which somewhat spoiled the experience. My poutine could also have been better. It was small and all the cheese was stuck together. However, I fell in love with the Coke, served in a clear plastic cup with a spout. So no need for a straw! I loved it!

I think both the service and the food is not as bad as comments below. I am quite satisfied with both of them.
