Had real low expectations coming in at 10:45PM but this was ironically the best Wendy’s food I’ve had in Vancouver. Crispy fries, good French onions burger and my coke was well carbonated.

Freshly made, hot burgers, chicken and beef burgers (Meals 1 and 6) are all delicious, and the French fries are also crispy. No wonder it is the restaurant with the most people queuing up to order in this

This is a restaurant located in Vancouver Airport. It is located on the only way to board the plane. It is a very good commercial location. But as a loyal customer of Wendy's, I have to say that this is the worst service at Wendy's I have ever seen. The waiter named Gina who took our order was very rude to customers and could make people feel racist. It's terrible to have people like this serving you in Canada, I will never go to this Wendy's again.

rubbish was flying to london to move had dinner here it was so bad the manager didnt speak engilsh ended up ordering in french and they got my food wrong gave me chicen strips intead of a burger and when i asked for more ketchup they told me to leave no refund hope this place gets shut of fines DONT EAT

The cashier left the counter for more than 15 minutes, and when customers checked where she was she was there seating and chatting not even looking at the long line of customers. I ordered a combo (chicken strip w/fries and drink) but i only received the strip. When I told her i order a combo she rudely said YOU ARE NOT CHARGED FOR A COMBO, rather than wasting my time talking to her i just agreed to pay more for what i originally order (fries and drink). She does not wear any name tag
Worst customer service ever. Order took forever to come and then they don’t even bother to say thank you or ask if you need anything else. When asked politely for an extra mayo the cashier gave the worst reaction and anger filled gaze. Then started arguing with the customer. What an absolute nightmare for customer service. Will never be going to a Wendy’s again.

The French fries and burgers are all delicious, and the French fries are still crunchy even when cold!When I was a child in Taiwan, I recalled that Canada would be considerate to transit passengers when flights were delayed, and would work overtime until 12 midnight to provide transit passengers with warm food.
