Staff member seemed new, terrible service, forgot many things. Train your staff better. And can there be a uniform standard of the size of chicken fingers? How difficult is that to do! One large, one medium, one small? You guys should have figured this out long time ago
The kids meal coin was melted as well, probably again due to the untrained staff. All the chocolate got on the napkins and stuff which was a waste. Fries cold and very few.
Update: Seems like Manager responds to other reviews but not mine? Are you training your staff now? Are the chicken fingers the same size?

Been coming to this location for about 15 years or so. Don’t believe I’ve ever reviewed this place, but I wanted to share something positive that happened today.
To make this short, there was an issue with my meal today. No big deal, it was taken off the bill. However, not only did the manager take it off the bill, he also gave me an extra appy on the house as well as give the person eating with me a free dessert. Pure class.
The manager’s name is Kevin and he handled the situation very well. Not only in regard to the bill, but his manners were top notch as well. I haven’t had service like this in a long time, so it was a very pleasant experience and now I can’t wait to return to this location.

I try and support the Ackroyd White spot in Richmond B.C. I don't mind paying more for items on the menu at White Spot. I am not impressed with what seems to be a decline in entree quality.
This last visit, there were egg shells in my eggs. I reported it to waitress but recieved an "oh!" Instead of a bill adjustment. I then sent in a full report to management at head office days ago, but no response or customer reconciliation.
TBH The old bangers potatoes were not grease spoon deep -fried years ago so they must have changed the menu. The potatoes they serve now should not be on the menu as they are greasy and odd prep.
For some reason, money I'm sure, White Spot removed the Seniors menu Items. This means that if you go there, but only one meal and split it or you'll be paying for a $40 breakfast with a bland coffee bean costing you $4.30

Server was amazing and accommodating to me nd my mom pretty sure the host said her name is Mia. Food was really good, we got 2 appetizers that was good proportions for us to share. Mia was very attentive and gave us really good service that we haven’t seen in other restaurants in a while

I recently ordered food from White Spot Ackroyd for our office event, and I couldn't be more pleased. The food was absolutely delicious and well-organized, making the entire experience seamless. GM Dulip provided exceptional support, helping us choose items that fit perfectly within our budget and ensuring everything was delivered right on time. Also, the red wine and chardonnay we got from white spot was excellent, smooth and flavorful! Definitely a great choice for our event.
we recently hosted an event at work and decided to order from White Spot, and it was a fantastic choice! the food was delicious, with a great variety to suit everyone's tastes. Dulip was incredibly helpful in coordinating the order, ensuring everything arrived on time and was fresh. The chicken burger and chicken alfredo pasta were a hit, and the salads complemented the meal perfectly. Overall, it was a smooth experience, and I highly recommend White Spot for any catering needs!
