Pirate pack was enjoyed.
Tasty but greasy food like cheese bacon pierogies.
A selection of bottomless drinks available.
Much cleaner than IHOP.

I came here today for a take out order for 3 people and I came here around 5 mins before 10:30am. Today was unusually busy and I think that's due to the temporary closure of the nearby location on Ackroyd Road. I waited for a bit as the servers just seemed to ignore in spite seeing me standing at their take out area. I called one of the girls and she said she will get back to me. Then I asked another girl to take my order and she started taking my order which was to my relief. Then all of a sudden she said they can't take lunch take out orders as their kitchen will only start cooking lunch at 11. I never really expected being declined for order as there were times when I came 10am sharp and they took my order and asked me to come after 25 mins. I was totally okay with that. The girl seemed adamant she can't take my order and that was when I asked the other girl who served me from previous times if she could help me as the other girl is a new employee. I then said to the first girl it was not her fault as she's new. The second girl said she also couldn't help me and I so I asked them if I could speak to the manager. Then the manager came who approached me by saying I did push the first girl to the side. I asked him if that was what the girl to him and then he said no. I told him he was accusing me of something and it's very unbecoming of a manager to do that to a loyal customer. We argued and he said that if that's how I speak to him then he can't give me a favour. I asked him if he can take my order and he blatantly said no. I said it's fine and went to another restaurant where the service was topnotch, the servers are highly trained who took care of my order right away with no hesitation. This place quality of service has deteriorated big time since they've started having workers with temporary workers or temporary visa. I'm not even sure if these people have proper customer service training or if they really value the job they are given. That manager who accused me of something should be fired for treating a loyal customer like that.

I have ate from this location several times, its like all other locations... delicious food with good service. Food is always well presented, even deliveries.
I have that the Cheesesteak Hash on my list for a looong time to try, I got it for breakfast today and it did not disappoint. Well worth the money.

Food is great. Convenient location. So many food delivery guys and people waiting for takeout orders. Only one person was working for this and looked so busy, felt bad.

I brought my family of five to have an early dinner just after four pm. We got our menus and no offer of drinks. We waited fifteen minutes and asked two waitresses for help as we had waited so long.We were told to wait and still ignored. We ended up leaving the restaurant which was not busy. I did phone the manager and complain right away and he did apologize. It’s obvious to me as a regular customer of this white spot that the staff no longer care about good service. I won’t be back. This happened on July 29. What has happened to this great restaurant?

Disgusting food almost not for human consumption

It's a white spot. Not different than any other one. Parking is easy because it's a mall. The waitress the couple of times we've been here this month has not been good. They come and you don't see them for a long time. Atmosphere is good and quiet if you get a seat on the side.

2025.07.30. Came here for brunch. Ordered Nat's Hearty Breakfast, Classic Benedict, seasonal BC blueberry pie. They come with an endless supply smashbrown potatoes which were very bland, and their hash brown potatoes were only marginally acceptable, not crispy, also very bland. They don't add any or much seasoning, disappointing. Who wants an endless supply of bland, second rate food? Where's the quality, where's the taste?
The Eggs Benedict tasted alright, but nothing great or outstanding about it.
Their seasonal BC blueberry pie was alright, the pastry shell was hard, which means too much water or overhandling of the pie dough. Easier to handle but worst for the customer taste experience of not having a flakey, crumbly crust which is what I desire, blueberries were coated with a sweet syrup, topped with a small amount of whipped cream.
I think I'd rather spend that money on fresh blueberries and just have that for less money. Free WiFi, credit cards accepted.

Disappointing Experience at White Spot - Richmond Centre
Unfortunately, our recent visit was very underwhelming. We ordered a hamburger and fries, but the fries arrived cold. When we asked for hot fries, the server insisted on taking the entire plate rather than just replacing the fries. When the dish came back, the fries seemed to have just been thrown back into the deep fryer—they were greasy and inedible. Meanwhile, my burger had gone cold and was too dry to enjoy.
We also tried the teriyaki rice bowl, but the rice was clumpy and the whole dish was lukewarm at best.
To top it off, we ordered a chocolate milkshake, which came out thin and watery—more like chocolate milk than a proper milkshake. It seemed like they forgot the ice cream altogether.
Service throughout was lackluster and unengaged. Overall, a disappointing meal. I expected much better from a well-known chain like White Spot.

White Spot is a great space to grab your meals! This location is bang opposite Cactus Club inside the mall.
My friend and I went to dinner last night and tried the
- mango pineapple milkshake
- twisted Bellini,
- Brie and mushroom burger,
- bacon cheddar burger
- yam fries + regular fries + zucchini sticks
Loved it all! The service was fantastic too and I recommend making use of the happy hour (I didn’t go then but they have good deals)!

Service is excellent but the food I ordered is chicken, broccoli and cheese and when I eat there it was good but when I get home I feel very sick and vomited all and feeling bad I didn't recommend to anyone to have this food very disappointed.
After a fun shopping trip, we decided to swing by the White Spot for some cocktails during happy hour. I absolutely loved the Nat Bailey Lager and the refreshing watermelon cucumber drink! We even snagged their special sweet potato fries, which were delicious. This spot is super convenient, right in the Richmond Centre on No. 3 Rd. The service was fantastic, and the restaurant felt so clean and inviting. Definitely a great place to relax!
