The broth here is incredibly flavorful, and it pairs perfectly with the variety of noodles and toppings they offer. I heard that the most authentic option includes radish, pork skin, and pork blood, but since I'm not a fan of radish, I opted for just the pork skin and pork blood. I also ordered a side of crispy chicken wings. To my surprise, the wings were delicious too, with a hint of ginger flavor and tender, flavorful meat. The noodles soaked up the broth beautifully, and the spiciness of the pork skin added a delightful kick to the dish. The chunks of pork blood were satisfyingly large and added an extra dimension to each bite.

I accidentally ordered way too many toppings but the staff were nice and double-checked with me. Reasonably priced. Lots of selection of noodles. There are 3 different tiers of toppings with different (but reasonable) prices. all of the ingredients are fresh and the broth is very yummy. Also you can get a lemon iced tea for $2.50 if you order soup.
