This is a meat shop located on the market level of Richmond Public Market. The signage of the shop is listed as YM Food, which is the abbreviation of the shop's full name. The shop offers up fresh meats, Chinese sausages and Chinese barbecue. The latter of which has its own area separated from the butcher items. My family bought some roast pork which was delicious and reasonably priced at about $14 CAD per pound. Although this shop isn't as famous as other Chinese barbecue...

The BBQ meats here are phenomenal! The sauces and BBQ flavour is uniquely pleasant and on equal ground with Hong Kong BBQ master in Richmond in my opinion. It may not look like much from the outside but their products are so good!

The BBQ sausage and chicken wings were delicious and perfectly basted in sweet and salty soy sauces. Juicy meat!

I ordered the BBQ pig tongue, and yes, it is adventurous and exotic sounding but it literally tastes...
