Bright and modern looking decor with good service. They've got meat skewers you cook in the hotpot that's very unique in BC. Food and hotpot broth quality is good, low msg, especially the pork bone broth. Overall a fun hotpot place, especially if you are already in Aberdeen Center.

Recently tried Yuan’s Hot Pot in Aberdeen, the food was great and the quality was fresh. I enjoyed the attentive service too. I’d say it’s worth going for their promos to save some money

The house flavour spicy soup base is excellent! The restaurant is clean, well-lit, and the service is friendly. We enjoyed most of the skewers except the spiced beef non spicy skewer. The beef on that one had a gelatinous and overly tenderized texture. Other than that, the meal was enjoyable and I plan to return again to try the sliced meat options.

We've discovered an authentic Chengdu-style hot pot where everything is on skewers -- meat, veggies, you name it!

It was our first time trying Chengdu hotpot 成都火鍋（ (aka Sichuan hotpot 四川火鍋), and we did some homework beforehand. Chengdu hotpot stands out for its aromatic, complex flavours and less oily broth than the Chongqing style. Yuan's Hot Pot 袁记串串香 nailed it!

Yuan's Hot Pot 袁记串串香 brings the bold, authentic flavours of Chengdu straight to Richmond. We've fallen in love with Chengdu-style hotpot and can't wait to return to try more!

This is absolutely one of the best hot pot restaurants in Richmond. I tried two different soup bases both of which were awesome. The meat and veggies were fresh. And I love the desserts and side dishes. The waitress provided first class service.
