“Called for pickup recently, was quoted 20-25minutes. Located in such a nice neighbourhood area, right next to Banfeild Park which has very nice waterfront seating/ additional parking! Unfortunately no seating inside, although they did have a few patio chairs & tables directly in front outside but is located next to a fairly busy road (Craigflower).

Is pretty high priced, paid about 30$ for chicken strips, milkshake, and reg fries. But for quality, the chicken strips were large and yummy (came with honey mustard), fries very crispy(sorta greasy although good) and the chocolate milkshake was a solid 4/10 unfortunately had milkshake all over the outside so was sticky.. and no whipped cream or anything for 6$..?

Parking: Parking lot located right next to Chicken on the Run, and an additional parking lot aswell but is for banfeild park. Lots of open spots.

Wheelchair accessibility: Is all on one level, so no stairs.

Door was open upon arrival, which would make easy access for wheelchair users.

Front desk was quite high up i did notice, so may have trouble reaching, but staff were very friendly and would probably help/accommodate.“

“Usually I order from the closest pizza hut but every time I've ordered they somehow got my order wrong.. Over and over but I feel the workers just don't care. However with Domino's I'm just sad I didn't change pizza restaurants sooner! Way better quality pizza! Good prices, the delivery tracker and SMS notifications are just on point. I'm happy pizza hut wasn't open for delivery and I tried something new. Fantastic experience, highly highly recommended.“

“Okay this is my first time leaving a review this place is really amazing and I'm not just saying that the staff and the manager are great the food is pretty damn good specially the donors cuz usually I go for the pizzas cuz their pizzas are phenomenal and whatever you guys ask for they do it up for you I've been with the gorge one for 6 plus years off and on and now I'm at the quadra Street and the staff is really nice there too. I think a lot of people should try out this place the one on quadra Street and Gorge and you're really get bang for your buck I noticed even their pastas really good too and they have delivery or you can go pick it up and they have pretty good prices too. I love that I can bring my dog to the cool patio. Always the best service, there’s no reason to not come here!

We had reservations, but when we arrived they were firm with us that we could only stay for 2 hours. Waitress was moving us out at the two hour mark. Even though there were empty tables and we still wanted to order more drinks?!?“

I had the BBQ chicken pizza, and there's something magical about the crust, it's the perfect blend of almost buttery-like crispness, and the requisite chewiness that you'd expect in a pizza crust. I will definitly go back! And a generous slice was only $4.50!“

The person who took my payment was friendly and efficient and on seeing I was struggling to carry everything, immediately began to help and carried my order out to the car in the pouring rain. I got a plate with the choice of two main dishes with rice or noodles and an eggroll.Such tasty food, I tried breaded pork, and beef and broccoli along with noodles and veg. “Ordered a medium deluxe Hawaiian pizza, wings and sweet bread. Delish pizza. The crust was perfect, crisp not crunchy, but tender and flavorful. There was a nice amount of pineapple, ham and cheese. It was a really tasty pizza and it wasn't too greasy either. I never tried the wings but hubby said they were really good and the sweet bread was divine. Definitely would order takeout again from here.“

“I like Panago more than other pizza places. Their sweet mustard dip is sooo good. They also make vegetarian and vegan pizzas, which is much appreciated.

Vegetarian options: Meat free pepperoni (Yves) and beyond meat options. Mozza cheese is free from rennet and they also have vegan daiya cheese.

Dietary restrictions: Tons of meat-free and vegan options. Gluten-free options available for those with sensitives. They will make pizzas with olive oil instead of sauce if you are sensitive to alliums or nightshades.

Parking: Always parking spaces available and the parking is right in front of the pizza place.

Kid-friendliness: Will customize pizzas for picky eaters (e.g. no sauce). They also have beyond chick'n tenders and child-friendly dips available so kids of all diets can find something they like here.“

“When I get pizza, it’s usually from Panago. They have a pretty decent gluten-free crust option and also Beyond Meat! Their app is so easy to use and the customer service is good too. The Esquimalt location is very consistent with their quality and the staff are great!“

I decided to submit feedback online thinking it would not amount to much. A few hours later the general manager Susanne called and left a voicemail to offer a genuine apology and a small refund back to my credit card which was an amazing gesture of customer service I did not expect at all. Also when ordering online they need to be more options when you can change your address as my job is house to house.
