Placed an online order 8 hours in advance. Pizza still arrived half an hour late, cold. Called twice only to be told they are short on drivers and there is nothing they can do. Apparently this means they still make the pizza at the set time but knowingly let it sit until it can be delivered? You had *8 hours* to plan for this. Iāll consider the ādelivery feeā the price Iāve paid to learn this location is to be avoided.
After going to the Pizza Hut on west saanich and having 0 sauce on my wings, I didnāt think I would ever go back to Pizza Hut again. But I decided to come try this location out and they had my order ready in 10 minutes, not to mention my wings were soaked in sauce, thatās what I like!! Respect to this Pizza Hut for living up to customer standards.
