Old Victoria Water Company

I used these guys years ago and they were great, so I signed up with them again a few months ago. They are no longer great! They continue to forget to bring my water on my scheduled date, I have to keep phoning them after they have missed me, last time I was told they ran out ?? of Spring Water? Wouldn't you call your customers and let them know this? They missed me again now and I called to tell them I am cancelling and to pick up my empty bottles...the guy said nothing, no reason for the missed delivery again! No apology or attempt to rectify my poor service given. Terrible customer service.

I was a customer for a few years. Always paid my bill. Closed the business and moved but here we are 2 years later and I just found out they reported me to collections for not paying a 300$ water bill. I know I paid it and they won't respond to my inquiries, emails or calls regarding this. They do not know how to run a business and clearly don't have an accounting department. Be careful as they will damage your credit by falsely reporting unpaid invoices. And then they won't respond when you try to sort it out.

Old Victoria Water Company is a pleasure to work with. Always quick to respond and super helpful in the office, while the delivery people are friendly and helpful. I have received much better service at the same price from this outfit than I did from much bigger companies that are based out of the US, despite branding themselves as "Canadian".

Don't deliver on the day's there supposed to bad customer service

Worst experience ever...I can't believe I drove all the way here from Sooke every month for water as our driveway was to narrow...paid gas and money for water...only to be told because I paid cash and not on account you can't accept my bottles...I will NEVER come here again and if asked I will say to others...Don't Bother

Unbelievable company. From the office staff to the delivery driver, Old Victoria Water came through for me in a pinch. I needed 30 bottles and 2 cooler units, and they delivered right in time to solve my water issues for a large gathering. Very kind and professional people. A total joy to work with. I highly recommend this company. Thanks guys!

Great service, friendly staff

I stayed with this company for 4+ years despite them not posting payments I had made to my account (resolved after far too many phone calls after I had already provided them with dates, amounts and confirmation numbers), inconsistent customer service, missed deliveries, being overcharged and the inconvenience of them not being set up as a payee at my bank (other equally popular financial institutions, yes). But the final straw was when they refused to deliver 2 bottles of water because my bill was overdue. Had I consistently not paid my bill and not been a customer for so long, fine. But I hesitantly explained the extraordinary circumstances and assured them I had already planned to make a payment 3 days later. Instead of any empathy or understanding, I was treated like a thief or a scam artist. I’ve found service elsewhere that not only has better customer service but is also $2.32 less, per bottle. I should add that despite all of that, the delivery men I had were wonderful and always very friendly.

We have been using Old Victoria Water for over a year now & are very happy with their service. After Cdn Springs gave us such extremely poor service, we switched to these guys and are so amazed at their service. Thank you!
