Old Victoria Water Company

Delivery is extremely intermittent. Sometimes they come every 2 weeks, sometimes not for 2 months. I've called and complained several times, they cant seem to fix the issue. I'll be switching to Columbia Ice.

Even though Victoria has excellent tap water, I have been a faithful customer of the Old Victoria Water Company for over thirty years. Why? Because their Spring Water is second to none. It is, by far, the best tasting water I've ever had - from anywhere in the world. Try it! You'll never want to drink tap water again. It's so good that you will easily find yourself drinking more water and less of other beverages. A win-win for everyone. Definitely a five star product.

Best water and service in greater Victoria.

We have been using Old Victoria Water for 15+ years. The delivery people are friendly, always show up on schedule and office is quick to send someone if we start running low ahead of schedule. Water is great quality too!

So, our company reached out to Old Victoria Water company 7 times to get them to deliver some water to our office. 7 times they agreed to deliver it, 7 times they did not show up. Don't waste your time.

Awesome always excellent quality

I used these guys years ago and they were great, so I signed up with them again a few months ago. They are no longer great! They continue to forget to bring my water on my scheduled date, I have to keep phoning them after they have missed me, last time I was told they ran out ?? of Spring Water? Wouldn't you call your customers and let them know this? They missed me again now and I called to tell them I am cancelling and to pick up my empty bottles...the guy said nothing, no reason for the missed delivery again! No apology or attempt to rectify my poor service given. Terrible customer service.

I was a customer for a few years. Always paid my bill. Closed the business and moved but here we are 2 years later and I just found out they reported me to collections for not paying a 300$ water bill. I know I paid it and they won't respond to my inquiries, emails or calls regarding this. They do not know how to run a business and clearly don't have an accounting department. Be careful as they will damage your credit by falsely reporting unpaid invoices. And then they won't respond when you try to sort it out.

Old Victoria Water Company is a pleasure to work with. Always quick to respond and super helpful in the office, while the delivery people are friendly and helpful. I have received much better service at the same price from this outfit than I did from much bigger companies that are based out of the US, despite branding themselves as "Canadian".

Don't deliver on the day's there supposed to bad customer service

Very unreliable. They don't show up when they are supposed to. They don't notify people when they aren't going to show up. Drivers bring incorrect orders and give you incorrect next delivery informati

Worst experience ever...I can't believe I drove all the way here from Sooke every month for water as our driveway was to narrow...paid gas and money for water...only to be told because I paid cash and not on account you can't accept my bottles...I will NEVER come here again and if asked I will say to others...Don't Bother

Unbelievable company. From the office staff to the delivery driver, Old Victoria Water came through for me in a pinch. I needed 30 bottles and 2 cooler units, and they delivered right in time to solve my water issues for a large gathering. Very kind and professional people. A total joy to work with. I highly recommend this company. Thanks guys!
