Category 12 Brewing is a hidden gem with top-notch beer, delicious food, and exceptional customer service. The small eatery boasts a mastermind chef creating miracles on each plate. The BBQ Burger, Hot Honey Wings, Poutine, Mac & Cheese, and BBQ Chicken Flatbread Pizza are must-tries. The wings lacked heat, but the flavors were still elevated. The Mac & Cheese was tasty but overpowered by Sriracha Chicken. The BBQ Burger was a hit with perfectly complementing ingredients. The Poutine was described as a blissful experience. The BBQ Flatbread had a great flavor profile but could use more sauce. The beer selection offers a variety of flavors and stories behind each brew. The charcuterie plate for two was enough to share among four friends and surpassed expectations.
