What can one say that hasn't already been said? The Hungry Jew sandwich is the real deal...smoked meat and latke heaven. This is true soul food made and served by excellent people. Lunch at Buzzy's is alone worth the ferry ride to Salt Spring Island. ❤️
Yum, yum! We thoroughly enjoyed our Hungry Jew and Rabinowitz sandwiches. And who knew that Black cherry soda went with smoked meat! A friendly atmosphere that was warm and quiet on a dreary November day.
So good, I had to fight the crows off!
