The must go to spot on saltspring!!We went every day sometimes 2x a day during our trip. Everything was delicious, breakfast sandwiches, sandwiches, the mocha, mango strudel, and the ice cream!!We will definitely be missing everything they have here when we get home.
Great bakery with solid pastry and bread offerings. They are open early so make a great stop to grab a bite and coffee for those early morning adventures. Had their roasted strawberry cupcake and blueberry cream puff and both were amazing. Glazed donut is a yeasted style and is great and chewy. Had their ham croissant and smoked salmon croissant and both were good; they do not skimp out on the fillings. Overwhelming selection! Breads, pastries, coffee, cookies, etc. Orange Pecan cookies were fabulous. My chocolate croissant was flaky and filled with the right amount of chocolate. The strudel’s were tasty too. Great gem.
