Francis Bread nails every detail, from their perfect sourdough to the incredible ham – tender, smoky, and sliced paper-thin with absolute precision. The miso brown sugar chocolate chip cookie is incredible and received high praise. The sandwiches are large, and the breakfast sandwich here stands out remarkably. The fusion of flavors, with a subtle Asian influence, elevates the dish. Limited space for sitting exists, but there is space outdoors. The cardamom bums are among the top favorites, while the ham and cheese croissant has sparked some discussion about its richness. Their iced matcha latte could be improved, but everything else is amazing, leaving customers eager to return and try different bread samples.
