Absolutely incredible salads and specials throughout every day. The chef from the local high school employees students, and makes incredible concoctions, all of which you can choose the ingredients inside the salads too many to choose from. There’s also ice cream sandwiches , Orange Creamsicle , Tiramisu and Mint chocolate chip.

Located in the parking lot right bide MANON Hall, which has tons of parking beside the elementary school if there’s none at the hall.

They’re only open during the summer until school starts in September so remember to get down there and Get some nutritious food grown on fSalt Spring Island

This food truck is run by the local high-school culinary class. They serve salads made almost entirely from their garden so you know the ingredients are top notch. They also offer a different sandwich and a soup each day. You must do the salad. You choose from a long list of ingredients including their own dressings. Try the soup or sandwich if you can as well. As a local we go there often and any guest we've taken remarks they will be coming back to the island for the salad! Only open over the summer! Check that it's open before you come.

Awesome Salad and Sandwich! Skip the downtown and get some fresh great food before you look for your art piece. Strongly recommended!

I am so happy when this food cart opens for the summer and sad when it closes. It is our favourite place to get lunch in town.

Today I had an amazing Chicken salad BLT wrap, and it was the most delicous wrap i have ever had!! The sides were great too, pesto pasta and asian noodles. Thank you to the wonderful ladies who made my lunch, they put in so much love and passion. I will definitely be getting lunch here again. Thank you so much!!

I had a delicious turkey wrap today. The girls did an outstanding job of wrapping it up very nicely. The food was evenly spread throughout so every bite had a bit of everything. I highly recommend it. I'll be ordering from here weekly! Absolutely Delicious!

I'm not one to rave about salads but man I am obsessed with these ones!

Came in today for a salad and LOVED IT. It was so yummy! Super fresh, local ingredients and you get a lot of food for your money! Great project by the high school!! Best of all... they have Wooden forks and knives <3!!
