Kien Giang Restaurant Reviews
The food here is one of the best Vietnamese food I have had. Much better than many in the lower mainland tbh.
The ambiance is alright, a humble restaurant at Sechelt. But you come here for the very authentic South East Asian food. It is very clean tho. That's important.

It was one of the best tasting Vietnamese dishes I have ever had!
The grilled lemon grass chicken was so tasteful and tender. The pho was also very delicious and had a strong flavour.

Kien Giang Restaurant offers a solid Vietnamese dining experience with friendly staff who remember their customers and create a family-run atmosphere. The food, including the pho broth and lamb curry, is consistently good and freshly prepared. Many customers find the place feels like home after visiting multiple times, praising the owner and staff for their warmth and dedication. The owner lives for pho almost literally, and her sweet nature adds to the welcoming environment. Visitors enjoy the cozy setting with both indoor and outdoor seating, and the staff are considerate and knowledgeable about the dishes, such as the lemongrass chicken and Vietnamese roll dip, which are highly recommended. The restaurant is friendly for vegetarians, with options like spring rolls and noodle soup, though some find the broth watery and the taste somewhat average. Parking is limited to street spots, and wheelchair accessibility is not available, but the delicious food and attentive service make it a favorite spot for regulars.
