I come to this location with my family. The staff and management at this location are incredibly friendly, generous, and make you feel like royalty.

This is easily the best Subway I have ever been to, and I will continue to return.

It was amazing supper kind older gentleman

The girls who work here are entirely unprofessional. Not wearing hats or aprons, their hair is down in their face. These girls spend their time making tiktok’s on work hours. Their boss should be made aware because it is so unprofessional, especially the type of videos they post. An inspection of this establishment I feel would fail if these individuals are working.

Please wash your chairs ! And clean the bathroom?!

Staff on that Sunday was supremely pleasant and definitely was efficient and excellent service.

Sandwich was wrapped in paper that looked like it had already been used for something else. Staff were untrained and completely unprofessional.

Just wanted to through some good out there, went for a walk this morning and stoped for a sub, first in years and the loverly lady behind the counter made my steak sub perfectly! Terrific sandwich even with the toaster being out of order. Super friendly! 10/10 would go back. Give that lady a raise.

The sandwiches are made pretty good. The thing that makes it not very appealing is how filthy the place is, the tables aren't clean and the floors are disgusting. So, how clean is the kitchen and the food prep areas? The young supervisors need more training. The other young girl was going to sweep and clean the floor and the supervisor told her to stop because they will be cleaning the floor in 4 hours, really!

It was nice to stop in at Shawnigan Lake village for a delicious Meatball Marinara Subway Sandwich. One of my favorites!

Usually when I come here it’s pretty decent so I am rating 3 stars, my most recent experience there was pretty disappointing.

1. Every single table was dirty. Full of crumbs and sauce. The workers were standing around gabbing and laughing, not doing much. Definitely could’ve spared 20 seconds to wipe tables down

2. They disappeared into the back but I could still hear gabbing and laughing and a customer approached the front and waited a few mins calling to back with no answer. He was older and maybe couldn’t yell so loud so I came up and shouted and finally someone came up.

3. Hand sanitizer devices were empty, why even have them?

4. Unrelated to this visit but why doesn’t this location have a diet option for their fountain pop? Even the bottles there’s only one I can drink

Overall disappointing
