Great experience this morning at Satellite Fish Company today (25/04/2023)
Lots of beautiful fresh fish arrived, and obviously, they had a very busy day ahead of them.
The Gentleman who was in charge of sales, dropped everything he was doing and came over and asked me if there was anything that I would like.
Told him what I wanted and he immediately went to work.
I had a large green cooler with me and purchased a few hundred dollars of some nice fresh (and frozen) fish.
He wrapped everything up, filled up my cooler with fish and ice because I had a little over 400 km to travel.
I asked if it would be all right if I could back up my truck because the cooler would be so difficult to lift and carry to my vehicle.
He instructed me to back up as far as I could go, and he would assist me.
To my surprise, he grabbed that heavy cooler and carried it to my pick up and lifted the cooler in the truck box.
That is what I call customer service!!

I love seafood and got so excited to find this place during a month long visit. The fish is good but the service is the worst that I have experienced in Canada. So disappointed.
