We were lucky enough to be passing by around opening time and we went in and did a tour of the operation. Lovely little location with a great view and an ability to test out the latest distillations.

The tasting room staff were so welcoming. Everything I tried knocked my socks off, but the Chocolate Liqueur was like liquid magic. Definitely recommend a stop in, if you’re in Sidney!

Was out in Victoria on Thursday night and finally decided to try Empress gin. The only distillery in the world is located right here on Vancouver island in Sidney. The gin is a bit pricey but oh man is it smooooth. I was told it is now sold all over the world. And will be in Costco liquor stores soon.
