Absolutely horrendous experience. My son has been taking his kids up there for ski lesson’s and also has been skiing up there for years. He loaded his truck up last night for today’s lessons. After a fabulous day of skiing, we realized our vehicle’s battery was dead. The young man parked beside us helped us boost it. His name was Bennett and he is a ski instructor at the resort. Thank you!!
They rarely groom their runs. For the high price you pay to ski/ride such a small hill, their runs should be groomed corduroy every morning. I grew up in Fernie and they would groom their runs every night starting at 4:30pm. You would show up at 7:30am and you would see the cats returning from end of shift.
Paradise Camp is a cozy alpine restaurant perfect for warming up and enjoying delicious meals. The Reubens and various soups are popular choices, with the Salmon Chowder standing out. The Hot Chocolate is a must-try. Known for its friendly service, including kid-friendly options, this restaurant surprises with delicious dishes like the pork banh mi, Reuben, and Pad Thai. A great stop for food and drinks on the backside of the mountain, Paradise Camp is sure to exceed expectations.
