Absolutely horrible place ran by people who don't know what they are doing. The food is never hot and the people that they train dont even know how to take care of the ice machine let alone make a milkshake. If I could give 0 stars I would. Dont bother ordering through Spyce as they will always mess up.

The seevice was good and the staff os really friendly and nice.
The place was very clean brand new franchise. It’s built into a Shell gas station. There’s a drive-through or in-service. The employees were very, very nice helpful and respectful. The menu is a little confusing cause it doesn’t show you everything that they have. I picked up the bacon king burger was massive tons of bacon lots of condiments patties were fresh and hotfries had no seasoning whatsoever and they were not fresh. I would recommend this Burger King to friends and family and travellers that are coming through Smithers British Columbia. I will be returning for future menu items thank you very much Burger King.

Takes absolutely forever, 20 minutes in THE DRIVE THRU just waiting for food. Plus they aren't maintaining the drive through and it's got extremely built up ice and snow this winter nearly causing every car in line to slip and slide dangerously.
Great food fast service friendly service and if you use the app super cheap deals on food. The app is very well designed. Burger King is a good place to go for breakfast and for lunch or dinner. It tastes like any other Burger King. The layout of the parking lot and building is aweful but they did great with what they had. The manager at Burger King is really friendly and a kind soul . Happy Burger King is in town now
