Slowest place ever literally took 30 minutes for a small meal could’ve eaten a whole meal at a restaurant before we got our food here I would put 0 stars if I could

Slow...slow...took us 25 minutes to get our order from burger king drive thru.I understand its new but atleast you can remove those items which are not available at your place. Just to place our order it took 12 minutes and then again stuck in drive thru.. and car ahead us took 10 mins atleast(Probably they had been waiting 30 mins) . And they did not have mozrella sticks( should be removed fron menu or just say sold out ) . That was second time i visit but not going again. I hope they will get better with time.

The store is filthy, the food is slimy and the service is slow. Decided to give them a second chance and the drive through wasn’t accepting cash (no sign), then had to wait 15min in the lineup of cars without being able to order. .

God awful service right off the rip place is a mess took 5 min to place my order bc the order taker couldn’t speak English, waited another 15 for my food wich was cold and they screwed my order up, guys behind me walked out because no one would take their order, manager said everyone is in training. Makes a lot of sense first and last time going to this dump should have been a Pita Pit!

It looks as though they haven't finished their renovations, things are not completed. Random things slapped together and the parking lot is a mess. Someone mentioned they got a flat tire in the parking lot. I feel Burger King isn't aware of what has happened to this location...

I went in the new Burger King in Smithers. I was walking out of the place with hot fresh food in less than three minutes. (This includes my time walking to the counter and reading the menu) everything was made perfectly. Colour me impressed.

Not very much seating . And poorly laid out, parking lot feels like a bad movie set Both me and my son felt the burgers were undercooked . The chicken was non desirable did not taste right but was cooked ok. The fries were good my kids were Able to eat them. I thought the price was realy good And if they can sort out the building it might be an ok place to go eat

Food toke little time but that’s was better to have a hot fries and fresh sandwiches ( they did not rush that’s a good job ?? for a good quality ) service crew was friendly , thank you keep it up ??

They started building the Smithers Burger King at the start of summer last year and it took a full year for them to open. The saddest part is, the building was already built and just needed a renovation. I was willing to forgive that but when it opened and customers were finally able to order, the building still wasn't and isn't complete. It doesn't look anything like a Burger King instead it looks like a cheap knock off and the service is already bad. Not even a week in. I love Burger King but I'll never go back to the Smithers location due to Idiocracy. I'm sure they'll survive without me. Anyone who gives this more than two stars has very very low standards.
