I didn't appreciate that they made my milkshake immediately and then I had to wait 12 minutes for my food. By the time my food came, my milkshake was warm and runny.

service wasn't great at all, had to repeat myself 5 or 6 times in the drive through .. our slushies had no flavor at all, burgers were still cold. we asked for a small cup of ice on the side, we were told the ice machine wasn't working but all of our drinks still had ice in them. This place used to be great, not sure what happened.

The DQ in Smithers is quite famous and especially among kids which is quite usual. Its location is also fantastic . Pretty much close to elementary schools, Ice rink and swimming pool. I found their washrooms pretty clean as compared to nearby McDonalds and Tim Hortons .

We picked up food from this Dairy queen twice and both times Yash was the cashier. He was super friendly and kind. We’ll be back at this location.

Good for a quick bite on busy days. The staff are friendly and the food is fresh. There can be a little wait for fresh burgers at slower times, but I'd rather that than sad food past it's prime!

Haven't had a bad meal here so far and, like with most chain restaurants, you know what to expect wherever you go.

Plenty of space to park, and easy to get in and back out onto the highway.
