Went to Starbucks to get my drink and food and I had a terrible experience.
Your employee “Emily Tom” should be fired.
I went up to order and no one was there but her and she was picking at her nails I said excuse me and she finally looked up. She rudely asked what I want and I told her. She was sneezing into her hands and there was garbage all over the counter from outside food(very unhygienic) she took 10 minutes to give me my drink. It wasn’t even close...read full review

This Starbucks is located in the middle of a grocery store. The staff are lovely, patient, and helpful. One staff member is described as a darling human who remembers details and makes recommendations that improve orders. During a power outage, the counter lady worked alone, taking and fulfilling orders with a smile despite a long line. The experience is always a 10/10.
