Hoping for some good Mac and Cheese and Grilled to the Mac delivered! Awesome location next to SOB Brewery. So glad it was open after the long weekend at the end of September. Had the Jalapeño Mac and Cheese and the Rarebit Grill, both were amazing. Creamy, spicy and delicious! I saw some bad reviews on google but I don’t know what they were eating but I had some solid food. Highly recommend, stop there when you are in Sooke.
The funkiest perfect location for a food truck in a pretty courtyard between Sooke Oceanside Brewery and the Bike & Surf shop just off the busy Sooke Highway. It’s so very Sooke! 30 minutes later the incredible flavors of the Cubano are still lingering in my mouth. As I told the Chef, I invented a few more swear words as I was enjoying each bite. Beautiful to look at sandwich and creative combo of ingredients. So few really quality food experiences are offered now with care taken to create flavor and deliver at a cost that is not at a greedy price point.
