Drive thru takes 100% priority. You go inside to get coffee, you're waiting 7-15 mins, just for coffee. You have 2 tills STAFF THEM in the early morning and afternoon rushesBe a manager, and manage.....this doesn't happen in this location. Drive thru 100% in store service, 10%.
