Didn't care about the customers standing waiting in line. Cared more about drive thru orders. Staff wasn't trained on how to use points on the phone. Staff was not helpful, and this was around 11.15am.

They either need new staff or they need to train their workers properly. Never coming back!!!!!! And Glen is terrible at his job!

Horrible service going through drive-through. It is hard to believe how bad customer service is now. No greeting, no manners, and they more less throw your order at you. What has happened to you, Tim Hortons? Perhaps stop trying to compete with other fast food joints and concentrate on what you are good at.
