About Hara Sushi

Hara Sushi, located in Sooke's Village Mall, offers a variety of Korean dishes with a wide-ranging menu that caters to different tastes. The restaurant is known for its delicious and fresh food, including vegetarian and vegan options, at reasonable prices. The staff is prompt and friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about menu ingredients. The clean and welcoming environment makes it a great spot for lunch or dinner. The chef is fabulous. A few rolls and tempura options as well as salads and sides are great vegetarian options. It is recommended to reserve a table in advance due to its smaller size and one sue chef on. Parking is in a strip mall so plenty of free parking is available. It is family oriented and definitely accessible. The chicken teriyaki dinner with california roll is a value for spend. Sushi trays are diverse and economical priced.

Ordered the Beef Bulgogi Bimibap today for lunch and it was excellent. Only constructive criticism is that the portion size is a little small for the price.

I will be back, just might need to order more food.

Also, there was supposed to be a miso soup in my order, but no miso soup.
So delicious!! The kani nasu (crab with eggplant tempura) is my fav dish! Sushi is tasty, fresh and made with care :) Servers are super lovely! A Sooke gem!
Awesome sushi and great sushi chef. You need to have patience but isn’t that was an authentic sushi journey is all about? Best Sushi I’ve had in a while.
