Wild Mountain offers a great dining experience with a beautiful view and attentive service. The restaurant focuses on local ingredients, making everything in-house. The salad was great, but the steak was a bit chewy. However, the pizza was delicious and worth ordering again. Recent reviews highlight the Cowichan beer tartare with smoked olives and ozette potato chips, as well as the roasted wild lingcod, which had a moist texture with a crispy exterior. The housemade pappardelle, featuring braised beef and BBQ pork rib ragu, has also received praise for its incredible flavor. The non-alcoholic beverage selection is unique and tasty, while the cocktails and extensive wine list impress guests.
