“The Causeway Bay was a very good place to stay as all the staff was very friendly and helpful. Our recent stay was due to a vehicle breakdown that had an unplanned repair time and every time we were delayed in getting our vehicle repaired the management was extremely accommodating and very generous with our room cost. The rooms were very nice and as you could adjust the room temperature sleep at night was much better than most places we have stayed. We also enjoyed our walks around Sparwood as there were many trails we could take.”

“At times waitresses are understaffed but that is not their fault. The food is consistently good. Homemade soup,meatloaf is delicious and I really wish you would put the curried chicken penne back on the menu. Please ?”

“We stopped by Tim Hortons in Starwood while just passing through, looking for a quick bite to eat. At the counter, we were greeted by a young woman named Sunila, and I have to say — her service truly stood out. 🙂
She kindly asked if I had a rewards card, and when I mentioned it was tucked away and I didn’t feel like digging for it, she warmly encouraged me to take my time, explaining how important and beneficial the rewards program could be. She even went out of her way to explain all the details and helped me understand how to use the app properly.
In all my travels across Canada, I have never experienced this level of genuine care at any Tim Hortons. Sunila showed a rare kindness and attention that made me feel valued as a guest. I am truly grateful to her, and I want to thank the Tim Hortons team in Sparwood for raising such outstanding staff members. 🙏
