When we tried Monday evening the waiting area was full of people waiting so we checked online and were able to book a 5pm table for Tuesday. Everything we ordered was delicious and the quality of fish was great. We had sockeye sake nigiri, the wasabi Wala roll, oya rocks roll and the salmon oshizushi. The oshizushi I think is all about the spectacle because who doesn't like seeing food lit on fire tableside? Realistically though we enjoyed the raw salmon more. Would recommend and come back for another meal.“
