A&W Canada Reviews
My wife recently purchased meals for my children at the south surrey A&W at 2303 King George blvd. near White Rock. She purchased 2 children's "Meals". These "Meals" contained 2 chicken strips, sample size made good bar and fries. No drink, no apple slices, nothing else. Great place. All summer they have Hot Rod Night every Wednesday 5:00 pm. To. 8:00 pm. 😊😊👍👍
I gave the coupon first when i ordered (teen combo good for 2 for 11.49) and i was charged 13.64. Cashier just said sorry and he didn't fix it. And we waited for 15 minutes longer and we were not served with our food. The people behind us were served first. Absolutely not impressed and lost my appetite.

A&W Canada offers a variety of tasty options, including the Chicken Buddy and the 899 Matzah Burger. Customers enjoy the quick service and delicious burgers made with quality ingredients like grilled onions, bacon, and mozzarella. The restaurant often hosts fun events, such as Christmas celebrations with a DJ, Santa Claus, and the A&W bear, with proceeds going to the Canadian Cancer Society.
The store is clean, nicely decorated, and air-conditioned with plenty of natural light. The staff are professionally dressed and friendly, though at busy times, there may be a slight wait due to short staffing. The restaurant also features a brew bar, frozen mugs for root beer, and other frozen blends, making it a great place to dine-in.
Customers recommend trying the Chicken Burger and Fries, especially when visiting the nearby Commodore, a popular venue for live shows. The service team is praised for their excellent work, and the restaurant is known for its neighborhood vibes, with staff willing to accommodate special requests.
However, during colder months, the sitting areas lack heating, which can make feet feel frozen while enjoying a breakfast meal. Some customers have also noted that the condiments counter could use more cleaning attention.
