I have been eating here since 2005, the first time I came to try the food. The food is always very tasty. One year, I went there on my birthday with my kids, and the A&W manager (Bal) brought out an apple pie with candles like a cake. I felt so happy and truly blessed. Thank you so much 🙏

Today we visited this restaurant and we were given best customer service, but Jaspreet who provided us with the friendly service, we took a while to order as we were deciding but she patiently waited and took our order, the order was correct and hot too. She greeted us with smile and was very professional all times, as we could see it was busy at the restaurant. She even got the doors for the senior couple, also candies were offered to us. Must visit for the awesome friendly service.

Absolutely the slowest in-person service we've ever seen. Prioritizing drive thru, making all inside customers wait to order, food is ready sitting there but no one able to put it into a tray. A simple burger and onion rings order took 10 minutes, no napkins because the dispenser is empty. Who's running this place?

We were there after a funeral, we felt really supported and taken care of by the staff members, specially Shakim, who took orders from us with a big smile and friendly manner, and then kindly served us and making sure we are okay. We saw him going around every table to take care of everyone, truly moved by his kindness and gentle presence.
