I came to this location because they are offering the new masala burger. This isn’t available in all markets, so I was happy to see it offered here. It was great, had a bit of spicy kick and lovely flavour overall. The staff were great, really friendly and welcoming. Clean dining room as well.

Worst experience ever. When I gave order on drive thru then manager said in Punjabi ‘aukha’ she is so rude. She does not know anything about customer service. When I was describing my concern she said I’m not talking to you. I am so surprised who promoted her as a manager. I had a concern like what’s the price of this meal she said this will not go in my pocket .She must be fired. I will go to the head office and owner. So rude

I went out with my family to have nice experience but it went really opposite worst service ever and worst food I ever had. Asked for everything fresh but got nothing fresh, my whole order was cold went to ask for help to the lady she touched the food and said it's fresh🙂. And started showing attitude like I did something wrong by asking for fresh food. If you are looking for fresh food then this store is not for you.

This is our go to A&W and every single employee there is hardworking and always so kind! Today, the lady gave me a free apple pie because I waited so long for my order due to the high demand of the masala burger 🍔 Another time, the lady offered my family and I water as it was super hot day! 🥵 Thank you for the years of amazing service! 🙂
