Very dedicated chef and these reviews? This place needs better reviews. It is very cheap, didn't take very long, and true food was good. Wasn't busy or loud at all. Yum! One thing that I noticed is that the water isn't very fresh.
A Japanese restaurant opened by a chinese couple. The owner boasts having superior food expertise in Japanese cuisine because he lived in Japan for many years. He says their udon broth uses this tasty, special broth. So I tried the udon and ordered some sushi. The udon soup base was not oily but a tad salty. I wouldn’t want to drink it alone.
