This place was awesome! Not only are they generous with their portions. The food was excellent!
Jjajangmyeon was delicious. Long chewy noodles. Slightly sweet and savory sauce paired with danmuji! Bomb!
The Tanngsuyuk was crispy and moist inside! Sauce on the side is the way to go! It wasn't too sour or sweet.
The seafood jjamppong was comforting a satiating after a long day of travel. The broth was slightly spicy, savory and packed with umami!
The fried dumplings and bon chon were great accompaniments with the rest of the meal!

I ate Yukgaejang, but it only contained the meat and ferns that go into Yukgaejang. Other than that, it tasted like soybean paste stew, gamjatang, or mixed stew that wasn’t even Yukgaejang… . The service was just standing at the counter looking at the phone. He drank the water I brought. Haha. The minimum tip was set to 10 off, so I just gave it, but it was such a waste. Honestly, it was a waste.

This has been my favorite restaurant for a year since I moved to Langley, but today's visit was very disappointing. While I was eating Jjamppong, I looked at the reviews just in case, and the first review I saw had the same thought as me. Has the owner changed or the recipe? It no longer tastes like it used to. It's very disappointing.

It looks like they don't even have basic professionalism. I think it would be a good idea to refrain from looking sideways or looking up and down with a cold expression. I didn't go there to get something to eat, but I paid my own money to eat.. He left it behind as if he was dissatisfied and stared at the person with an expressionless expression. Even when he was paying, he begged me without saying how much it was and put it in front of the machine.. I think you should follow basic manners. .kindness??? I don't even want that. Severe shrinkflation and cost cutting at work here. I’ve been ordering from this restaurant regularly for over a year on Uber Eats. I’ve noticed that they’ve experimented with increasing their prices for a while. As of typing, it looks like they’ve reverted back to their older pricing, but they give you WAY LESS food. The attached image is my order of mapo tofu. It used to fill half of this same container. Now it barely fills a quarter.
