This is an old heritage House converted into a coffee shop. The atmosphere is quite charming and was a great place to sit with my notepad and enjoy a latte with a scone. The parking out back is adequate and we were able to find a spot despite it being a little busy. I'm guessing locals walk there.We are trying a new coffee shop every week and Boothroyd would be a repeat for sure.
We come here fairly regularly. Food is fabulous, but a little pricey. Environment is quaint, but starting to show its wear and requires a deep clean.Biggest concern is the staff. Often heard chatting and gossiping about clients. Forgetting to complete order because they are socializing and then showing attitude when someone inquires. Old heritage house with great atmosphere and amazing coffee. The cafe is spacious and it’s filled with art pieces. We got a breakfast sandwich and a scone and they were both very delicious. We will be back!
