i’ve been a customer here since past 6 years cuz i live 5 mins away and i own a restaurant and im not the type of person to ever write a review ive never had to do this before i get it in the food industry food always can’t be perfect which is fine but what i had to deal w tody i would never go here agian there’s something called service these guys have no clue wha giving good service means while im talkin to the manager there worker talkin in the back saying false accusations and saying disrespect things n the manager said she can’t control her own worker the things she says which is crazy what’s the manager for and first time i’ve seen sucha unprofessional manager idk how she’s a manager hope the owner sees this if they even cares

I ordered nachos and the cheese on it wasn’t properly melted. Even the servers were behaving weirdly. They were just roaming here and there but not trying to help us. Even they were not passing smile to us. It seems that they behave differently with the punjabi community. That is so rude and disappointing. I would never come here.

Ordered the medium spicy perogy pizza, I recommend the smaller size. Minimal sour cream came with the medium size. Kids food was good.
The new drinks were tasty as well, much preferred the grinch drink. Budweiser is Budweiser.
Our server was actually great, the rating is due to the wait when seats were open.

Not super happy. Ordered takeout and asked for pizza well done. I got home and the cheese wasn't even full6 melted you could tell its not well done. Tried to call the store but it just hangs up and my calls don't go past the automated message. Disappointing.

such a bad experience. i went there with my family today and the girl at the front who showed us the table was really rude . we waited for almost 20 mints sitting there and they even didn’t serve us a water no one came to get the order than we had to go and talk to her and she literally ignored us than had to talk to manager anjali. overall it was very bad experience. need to focus on guest service for sure .

It was such a bad experience like we literally waited for 20 mins no one came to take our order then after that when tried to talk one of the server she literally ignored and walk away then my sister called manager ( anjali) and told her everything then we left . To be honest it was such a bad service. It seems like after giving us table they guys forgot about us didn’t even ask for water . I think they need training about customer service. I wish I could give 0 star but there is no option 👎🏻

We had a nice family dinner at Boston Pizza recently. Despite the restaurant being quite busy, the staff was very accommodating, especially with our young kids. The kitchen did an good job providing gluten-free pizza options, which was a huge plus for us. The happy hour drinks were also a nice bonus—well-made and reasonably priced. Overall, it was an enjoyable evening with good food and friendly service. We'd definitely return for another family outing!

Came here for Christmas eve with my dad and husband omg pasta night!!! The food was absolutely amazing and my dad is picky!!! Grinning from eR to ear!!! Also our server angeli was an absolutely an angel....this was a great Christmas eve thank you!!!!
