such a bad experience. i went there with my family today and the girl at the front who showed us the table was really rude . we waited for almost 20 mints sitting there and they even didn’t serve us a water no one came to get the order than we had to go and talk to her and she literally ignored us than had to talk to manager anjali. overall it was very bad experience. need to focus on guest service for sure .

It was such a bad experience like we literally waited for 20 mins no one came to take our order then after that when tried to talk one of the server she literally ignored and walk away then my sister called manager ( anjali) and told her everything then we left . To be honest it was such a bad service. It seems like after giving us table they guys forgot about us didn’t even ask for water . I think they need training about customer service. I wish I could give 0 star but there is no option 👎🏻

We had a nice family dinner at Boston Pizza recently. Despite the restaurant being quite busy, the staff was very accommodating, especially with our young kids. The kitchen did an good job providing gluten-free pizza options, which was a huge plus for us. The happy hour drinks were also a nice bonus—well-made and reasonably priced. Overall, it was an enjoyable evening with good food and friendly service. We'd definitely return for another family outing!

Came here for Christmas eve with my dad and husband omg pasta night!!! The food was absolutely amazing and my dad is picky!!! Grinning from eR to ear!!! Also our server angeli was an absolutely an angel....this was a great Christmas eve thank you!!!!

Ordered a Memphis chicken sandwich, and the meat was raw. When we complained to the server, she was rude and said that the meat just looks raw but is not (see attached photo for reference). Ordered a different meal, and there was a hair in it. The worst experience we’ve had at any Boston Pizza.

I Just ordered a pizza from here that was extremely undercooked and was not edible it also was not made correctly I called the restaurant to let them know and spoke with Hannah who did nothing to help out with my order she just said she would let the kitchen know. The service was worse than the food

Me and my family went to Boston Pizza yesterday evening. Service was slow. One example was waiting 10 minutes for water and asked twice with two different servers. One of the servers dropped the plates aggressively without care or attention and walked away. Quality of ribs & wings duo was poor. I did not finish it. We shared Thai Chicken Bites, my self and my 2 other family members have been on the toilet multiple times from last night and today (early evening). We do not recommend this location. Stay away.

$17.49 Dollars for 9 skinny wings no celery or carrots had 2 wait 15 minutes ordered 30 minutes they said be ready in 15 minutes wings is the major disappointment just about 2 bucks a wing that were Ethiopia looking just ate it horrible no sauce go elsewhere pizza isn't good you could get better at little Ceasars I used love boston pizza what happened never order again

Heard a lot about this restaurant from friends so First time went to try this restaurant.completely disappointed Poor service ,long wait for food , they twice did the same mistake serving alcoholic drinks and chicken to a vegan person .Not a good personal experience

Long time customer, but service is slacking lately. Not sure if it’s new staff or what, but it could use some improvement. Me and wife ordered two half orders of nachos, my son got pizza. There food came but my nachos didn’t come until i asked after an additional half hour of waiting, just to be told they were given to someone else. Having the nachos being taken off the bill isn’t satisfying enough. I hope the next time we come , these mistakes don’t continue. We also tip very well every single time we come in.

We ordered pizza, the Royal Hawaiian and it was very dry. Next to no cheese. It was not good. This is the first time we ordered from Boston Pizza and will never order from there ever again. Also, very expensive for what we got.
