I went down the road too Boston pizza for lunch wasn’t getting good service so I came too Brewsters pub and I was so happy I did Rene was so nice and friendly she went way and beyond she just started 3 days ago Brewsters is so lucky too have a great server hope too see Rene soon such a great person

I have come here off and on for about 8 years. The owners are trying to have a comeback after the previous owners let it go downhill. What I will say is that Karan, Mandy & the rest of the servers do all that they can. I absolutely love the Western and Indian pub fare. They cater to the demographics of the neighbourhood as any neighbourhood pub should. They may not carry your bland tastebuds for Molson Canadian but there are some great craft beers and at the end of the day it is not the servers fault if it isn't carried by the establishment. The only bad thing is Suman isn't here anymore. Miss her!

Went there on Saturday night not so busy the Pub has no heat .Very poor customer service from the waitress and the server .This place really needs help .Improve the customer service. Never been to a Restaurant with such a poor service.

Huge disappointment!!! I did in the past really enjoy this bar. It is very close to my house and I do come here regularly. Completely a disappointment now!! I will never recommend this bar again.it has been bought by Indian people now and has gone down hill. This is the second time Iv’e been in this bar and they have had NO HEAT!! That’s right…..no heat!! It was freezing inside. It made our meals cold., they offered no discount. Secondly……it was a Saturday night and they had one waitress and no bartender. ONE waitress. The service was horrible. Wait times were a joke.. Thirldly, they didn’t have Molson Canadian beer. Canadian is a staple beer. Why they stopped selling it is a mystery to me. I can see why no one comes here anymore.

They are trying really hard to make a come back . We are so looking forward to having a neighborhood pub back !! Maybe give it a shot , you may be super happy with what you find

We went yesterday for food and drinks, I was surprised to see the waitress was on her mobile call all the time while serving the food and was also not listening properly. She was rude in replying and was in hurry all the time. The bar was not crowed on weekend seems because of her behavior.

We really enjoyed our lunch - fish and chips and a beef dip. They were both very good. Would definitely eat there again.

I have been a waitress for 3 years and a barista for 2. As much as possible, I would like to uplift, encourage and inspire my fellow employees who work in customer service because why would I not? We of all people should get and understand each other’s feelings and experiences. Today was an experience that taught me something important. My friends and I went to this place to relax and unwind after 10 hours of working in our busy busy restaurant. We had so much to celebrate about, only to be extremely disappointed with how this woman who was at the bar treated us. She was not friendly and not smiling which we tried to understand because she may have had a long tiring day like us. She didn’t greet us when we came in and just told us that she had to close at 11pm. We were extremely uncomfortable talking to her but we tried our best to extend our patience. We came in at exactly 9:54 pm and they close at 11 but she had to emphasize that their last call is 10:30. What led us to the breaking point was when one of our friends was asking about a drink and she was so unhelpful that she wanted my friend to have to stand up and look at some options by the bar instead of offering suggestions to us. She was extremely rude and lazy and made us feel like we were a burden for coming in. She even used her phone in front of us while she was taking our orders. I’m sorry but this is such an awfully bad experience for us and we will never come back. We will also warn friends and families to never step foot in this place. It’s awful

The menu has changed and NOT for the good. Veggie Pacora was too salty.
Cauliflower bites were still frozen inside.
Shrimp tacos would have been better without the thick batter on the prawns (2x).
Dry ribs were meh.
Lastly, the ontap beer and cider were watered down 👎

We order a gin and tonic but they did not have tonic water so we ordered a martini. We did not order food but the service is friendly and prompt

Ordered two orders of wings based on their website wing special

My 30-minute lunch came out to $40

I literally could have gone to a steakhouse and had a better lunch

However my waitress took care of me and removed one of the wing specials off my bill
