This is my go to spot like everytime since i live nearby. Unfortunately, today at around midnight, we were served with FROZEN JALAPEÑO BOMBERS like fr frozen. When i drove back to their location, the staff was not even apologetic and then she offered me free chicken. I stood at their window for a few minutes to actually see them frying a new batch of bombers. Night staff isn’t cooperative or maybe were too tired to put the bombers into the fryer.

Incredibly dirty, and staff stood around for 5 minutes not doing anything just chatting to each other and not acknowledging and any customers that came in. Finally the older man working acknowledged. One staff even said they needed to have some fresh air which is ridiculous when there’s a line and she just up and walked away not even saying a break just needed to leave for fresh air. The only guy that had any sense of service was the olde r gentlemen

Church’s is the best fried chicken ever but nowadays their quality and quantity is dropping. Service is okay but sometimes they serve cold fried chicken which tastes weird. Servers are friendly but the atmosphere of that location is bit off-putting specially when you go there with baby.

As of Oct 2025, Church's Chicken now serves half-size thighs cut cross-wise. Extremely not cool. Basically, the thighs have now shrunk by 50%. The chicken was lukewarm and so salty, it's hardly edible. No longer returning.
