Guys, Its closed! On main door, it says the restaurant is closed till April 30th! However, it was still closed on May 15 around 7:45 pm during my visit!

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The staff’s behavior was extremely unprofessional, especially a girl named Simran. She was rude, inattentive, and completely ignored us for most of our visit. We had to repeatedly ask for basic service, which made the whole experience frustrating. At the end, she offers discount on the food which was really unprofessional.
On top of that, the food quality was far below standard. The dishes lacked freshness and flavor, and it certainly did not feel worth the price. Overall, poor service combined with subpar food made this a place I would not recommend to anyone.

I chose this place for my anniversary celebration because of its lovely ambiance, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing, especially considering the premium pricing. When we arrived, we were the only guests in the restaurant for the first 30 minutes, yet the service was still extremely slow. I had requested the server to light a candle, and although she agreed, it was never done. There was also a lack of attention to basics like refilling our water glasses. While the food itself was decent, the overall service and long wait times did not justify the price we paid.

What can I say about Clove that does this restaurant justice? 5/5 ⭐️ on all accounts - food, staff, service, atmosphere. The food here is so good that nothing else matters. Just an A+ experience all around. All I can say is WOW!!! I’m a huge fan of Indian cuisine, so I’ve tried a bunch of Indian restaurants, but this is one of the top! I’ve never had Indian food this good. The chef knows his stuff. I think the reason why the food is so good is how much heart and soul they put into their cooking. You can taste the passion in every mouthful, and it makes the whole experience even more special. Forget about the ordinary Indian places you've been to; Clove takes things to a whole new level. The flavours here are unlike anything you've ever tasted. Actually talking about it is making me hungry for them again. You can tell there’s real thought, real skill, real flavour behind everything. Food of course speaks for itself, nothing I could beat anywhere else! Clove is one of those rare places that gets everything right — atmosphere, service, mocktails, and food. The ambiance is stunning, and you’re immediately greeted by warm, welcoming staff. And if you want the full experience, ask for Simran. She’s the star of the show. Perfect recommendations, amazing service, and just genuinely makes you feel welcomed. She deserves all the praise! All the flavours hit the right notes in a perfect symphony. Every dish is packed with flavour, and you can really tell how much thought goes into the ingredients and cooking. The flavours are bold but well balanced, and nothing feels overdone. Each course stands out on its own, and everything tastes consistently excellent. For the main course, we had the butter chicken and wow — it was incredible. The quality, spice, and flavour were off the charts. The butter chicken was rich, creamy, and perfectly balanced with flavour, easily the best we’ve had around here. The butter naans, cheese naans and garlic naans were the perfect sides — soft, warm, and just the right amount of indulgent. And the presentation speaks for itself in the pictures. The food quality is nothing short of exceptional—each dish is a masterpiece, crafted with fresh, high-quality ingredients and presented with an artistic flair. Every dish is a testament to the chef's mastery and passion for Indian cuisine. One bite of the Amritsari Cod Pakora and you’ll be hooked! You won’t be able to stop eating them! When the mocktails (Lycheenis, Blue Caribbean, Pineapple Mango Margarita) are looking this good, you know they taste even better. The Berry-licious Gajrela was the best fix for my sweet tooth! Every dish was expertly prepared, and the flavours were spot on. The entire team works together seamlessly to create an unforgettable atmosphere. This place is the epitome of customer service. The seamless teamwork between them, coupled with impeccable professionalism, added a personal touch to our visit. What truly sets Clove apart is its unwavering commitment to providing impeccable service. The service is outstanding; the staff is attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly, ensuring that every detail is perfect and that you feel welcomed and well-cared for throughout your meal. Textures, flavours, spice, presentation - it was all outstanding. We honestly wanted to order every item on the menu…that’s how great everything tasted. There's so much love in every dish and you can taste it immediately. I cannot speak highly enough of the service, especially Simran. The only thing better than the delicious food and the beautiful ambience, is the lovely staff that treats everyone like family. Highly recommend if you’re craving Indian comfort food done right. I can go on raving about this place but I suggest you find out on your own. So come here for the real deal!

I had a very disappointing experience with this restaurant. The service was poor from start to finish. I was told the wait time would be 25 minutes, but I ended up waiting almost an hour.

The food quality was also not up to the mark. The naan seemed like store-bought frozen naan, and the butter paneer had no taste at all. The mango lassi was clearly made with syrup and juice instead of fresh ingredients—it tasted so bad that even the kids couldn’t drink it.

What was even more frustrating was the lack of follow-up. When I called to complain, I was told someone would get back to me within an hour to resolve the issue, but no one ever called back. Very unprofessional.

Overall, a very poor experience in both food quality and customer service. I would not recommend this place.

I had a really disappointing experience at this restaurant on my birthday. The place was almost empty, with just a couple of tables occupied, yet the service and food quality were extremely poor.

We ordered a few starters, including chicken tikka and mint paneer tikka. The food arrived cold, the chicken tikka was actually undercooked/raw, and the paneer tikka was completely bland it didn’t even taste like it had salt. We also ordered two mocktails; one was overly sour, and the other had no taste at all.

When we raised our concerns, the girl who was serving us called another staff member, a lady who was responsible for preparing the mocktails. Instead of handling the situation professionally, she was extremely rude and dismissive. She immediately said, “this is how it’s prepared,” without even listening to what we had to say or offering to fix or replace the drinks.

I really do not appreciate how we were treated. The service was unprofessional, and there was no effort to resolve the issue or make the experience better.

Overall, the service was hopeless and the food quality was very poor. What was supposed to be a special birthday celebration turned into a disappointing experience. To make it worse, we ended up paying around $60 for such poor quality food and service. On top of that, we were given a handwritten receipt showing a 20% discount, which was already mentioned on their page anyway, so it didn’t feel like any real effort to make up for the experience.

Definitely not recommended.

We visited this place yesterday and it was mostly empty. While the restaurant itself looks nice, the food and drinks were very disappointing and lacked flavor. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t improve with the facilities either — the washroom had barely any soap and no paper towels. Overall, not a great experience.

We had a family celebration with over 7 guests. There was no one at th entrance so we had to wait even though we had a reservation. The staff was just chatting with each other by the bar so we had to wave our hand multiple times to call them over. They forgot to give us cutlery for the apps and didn't serve any water until after the food arrived. All in all the service was extremely poor so won't recommend this place! The price isn't even close to the service you get!
