It is hard to explain my experience in words because quite frankly, it was beyond traumatic and was an incident of parking lot road rage by the owners of this establishment. Today a clinic in the same parking lot was accepting new patients which left parking in the lot to be extremely busy. As there was nowhere else to park, I used one of the dental parking stalls (not one of the pizza place stalls) while I went into the pharmacy. A woman from the convenience store (beside the pizza place) came out and told me I wasn’t allowed to park there, to which I told her it wasn’t the convenience store stalls and I was going to park there anyways. I was gone maybe 15 minutes, when I came back out, one of the owner’s of this pizza place had parked their vehicle in front of mine to block me in and refused to move it. The owners came out to the parking lot and were yelling at me to which I just continued to ask them to move their car. They kept saying I wasn’t allowed to leave because I had parked in that stall. Then began saying they didn’t know who parked in front of me and continued to lie to my face. Their whole thing had been the stalls were meant for their customers, yet they did not allow me to leave to clear up the stall for customers? It was not even this establishment’s stall I was using. At no point did the dental office staff come out and say anything to me about me using a stall. It was truly just the pizza store owners exercising power for the sake of power. I was forced to contact the police. Luckily, the person parked beside me left and I was able to maneuver around their vehicle parked in front of me. I do worry that had the owners been outside while I was leaving, they would have physically blocked my car with their bodies. The behaviour of the owners at this store is harassment and parking lot road rage. This establishment should deeply reflect on their values as a business because I personally would never attend and support an establishment whose owners intimidate and initiate road rage incidents in their parking lot.

Great local pizza. You can actually taste the veggies and sauce, not every pizza in this price bracket can boast that. They're working on adding a few other things but last I checked it's a work in progress.
Great people too. They're sincere, kind, accommodating (they remembered when I asked for no mushrooms), and work really hard for the community. I hold much respect for them.
