My most recent order will be my last. Years of declining service, and quality have finally reached a point where I will no long tolerate it.
The delivery drivers from this location regularly lie with respect to the status of the order, indicating it has been delivered when it has not. Often they will be several minutes away when they mark the delivery as complete.
On this occasion the driver called before he arrived and requested that I meet them in the lobby. I do not consider the delivery as complete if I have to meet the driver. I told the driver I would not meet him, and he simply waited outside the door until I lost my patience and went down.
The pizza was not cooked properly, it looked as if it had been rushed through the oven, and not let to cook for the appropriate amount of time.
if zero stars were possible, I would select that. A one star rating is a technicality.

The employees at this location are highly efficient and productive. I've never seen such a hard working group of people, I was amazed at how fast they moved. Thanks for the pizza and happy new year!

Worse customer service. The receptionist lady forgot the order, asked us to wait for another 15 mins, then tried to charge us twice for the same pizza. She was yelling at us until we showed her the payment.

I’m used too order from this store, I order basically the same thing every time . Long story short I order a medium pizza with extra cheese, and the pizza was so dry , not much cheese on it. So I called the store and ask if they put extra cheese and the lady over the phone was telling me that she put that, and the cheese burnt on top was normal. I was a pizza maker myself, and I know that if the pizza is dry you did not put much cheese on it. Asked the name to this girl she said I can not tell but I am the assistant manager. So she was arguing with me that she put extra cheese, but she did not. And she offered me to make another one , but she said “I can make one right now one, but it will look the same”. Seriously? I was not pretending to get a new one or a refund. However the reason I am writing this is cause of the poor customer service, if she would say “sorry, I will pay more attention next time”, that’s it. I understand this things happen, not a big deal bit don’t argue . I hope this will help her to improve her customer service!
