I came because it's the only place that offers rice pupusas and I was delighted, I recommend it.

This time we got pupusas revueltas which are always perfect and I was happily surprised they carry ayote con queso, nostalgic food, really good and vegetarian friendly.

We also tried yuca con chicharrón, tender yuca, and even the chicharron is more like panceta, is worth it every penny.

The Atol de piña was very well made, a bit too seet for my taste but I'm happy I got the change to try it.

Their curtido has cucumber, something that you find in the west region of El Salvador. I'm definitely coming back!

Always love Don Chepes even when they’re still in Surrey and I am so glad they didn’t close and open up in Coquitlam. Food doesn’t disappoint especially the Pupusas❤️ Good place to celebrate milestones and hangout either with friends or family.

I spent about $40 on a burrito and a bowel here today, both of which tasted horrible. I don’t personally like wasting food so ill eat it even if its mediocre, but i could not finish this meal. No taste, no sauce, and the chicken is bland. Some serious thought needs to go into the recipes they are using.

The barrier tacos were authentic and delicious. The gravy was sublime. While the restaurant feels a bit out of place and the price point is on the higher side, the taste of the food is undoubtedly genuine.

Being Salvadoran, I highly recommend the pupusas. Taste just like ones back home, including the curtido and horchata. Our server was awesome and even brought out a little treat when my wife mentioned it was my birthday. Definitely will be going back for more.

I like the carne asada, even though I didn't like the tortillas

Hopefully, I will give it another shot soon.
