Very poor customer service this is the third time I wanted to order some string hoppers the person who answered the phone is very rude and unfriendly. When I asked whether I can order she said I can’t do that cos they have big orders. Well that’s not the way they should inform the customer their inability. It’s not the first time as I said this is the third. Very disappointed. Specially with the person who answers the phone
