We used to come here every time we came to Vancouver. It's definitely run down. The girl who served us was super nice. The food was ok. We had a beef dip with poutine(which came on a separate plate) and a clubhouse sandwich with onion rings(that were very good). Definitely not shy on portions. Their pies and cakes are massive. We didn't have any desserts because we were too full. It's been there forever. Don't expect fancy, but for an old 50's diner, we...

Used to eat at Fresgo’s back in the day…
Zipped in today for Lunch…
Ouch!
Big disappointment

Average at best, food tasteless, bland, staff too, unfriendly and really not a positive experience.
Price for experience not even close!

Fresgos is the best for all their menu items. My personal favorite is the Super Submarine ? and a Peach Juice and the Bakery to take home fresh baked goods.
This place is one of a kind. Be prepared all food portions are huge.
