We used to frequent this restaurant years ago, and I was excited to visit for my birthday in March. We ordered the George's Platter for 2, and swapped out the spanakopita for calamari. With a price of $95, we were excited for good quality Greek food. We couldn't have been more disappointed.The food arrived way too fast. Like, less than 10 minutes. There is no way it was made fresh. So we weren't surprised when we both burned our mouths on the dolmades. I'm assuming it was microwaved as the heat was far too intense and they were not freshly baked. We let our waitress know, but she didn't seem to care and didn't do anything about it.The rest of the platter was acceptable, except for the lamb, which was drier than the Nevada desert in July. It was difficult to swallow it was so dry. Tasted like it had been cooked days before and kept in a warming oven for hours. I complained to our waitress, who was again nonchalant. She said she would let the kitchen know, but didn't offer to make it right in any way. The dessert was warm around the edges and cold in the middle. I assume it was microwaved. Sad to say, we will never be back.In the end, we paid $120 for a disappointing meal and a terrible experience for 2.

It was a nice restaurant. The roast lamb was delicious! Perfect and airy pita bread for the table. The tiramisu was not the best. I was expecting more of a classic fluffy texture but it was heavier than our table liked.The bellini was good and service was very attentive.

Extremely racist, didn’t even provide us personal plates because we want to share the food… and forgot a side dish that was included in our meal. I regret even giving any tip. And not authentic Greek at all…

This discrepancy resulted in overcharges ($14.00), highlighting an issue with accuracy and transparency in their pricing practices.As a loyal customer, I value consistency and fair pricing, and these recent experiences have left me feeling disappointed and concerned about the direction Galinis is taking.

If I could give negative stars I would.One of my worst restaurant experiences of all time. My husband and I ordered pickup from Galini's on Valentine's day only to discover that my Greek salad came without dressing, so it was just a box of cutup raw vegetables. Seemed like a simple fix to call and ask for some sort of rectification. On the phone, I spoke to a person named Kostas and was talked to with utter disrespect and disgust from the get-go. He asked repeatedly if I wanted the him “to kill the guy who made the mistake even though everyone makes mistakes”. I've never experienced such terrible customer service and been made to feel so small. This place will never get my business again and I will be sure to let others know about my experience.
