My husband is a Veteran. He cannot get any coverage through Veteran Affairs because this clinic refuses to call Veterans Affairs to ask for a “simple permission to ask Vac to treat him” so he claim his receipts to get some money back. This is what Veterans Affairs is asking for. Because they are NOT authorized service provider, this simple task seems to imply they don’t care that a Veteran will have to pay out of pocket.
