I've only ordered through Uber and they've been consistently 5/5 for me. Food is packaged nicely and always fresh. Their ribs are perfect for me. Their fruit beverages are nice and fresh too - helps me with digestion

We tried this place for the first time and ordered from groupon. I don’t remember her name but it was a short girl and she was really generous with us. We didn’t bring cash so we couldn’t tip her but she was totally ok with it. Would definitely come back next time

If you’re looking for a nice customer service experience, don’t come here. Servers or front desk are rude and not kind. They can’t even say thank you to a customer. I suggest buying here and eat it at home (if you really like their food) or just don’t eat from here at all.Anyway, they will give you small amounts of sauce for you to buy extra sauce.We’re Really disappointed

Food test good but extremely small portion. We were speechless when pick up all the contains with chopsticks in a huge bawl with mostly soup. If add extra noodle in will take you extra 4 something dollar more…..$4+ only for noodle without extra beef. The thing slice of beef in a large bowl is only two slice of steak, tenderloin, and barely noticeable tripe. We used to like pho here, but no more coming back.After viewing other reviews, I think this restaurant is having similar issue quite often. The owner’s response always sounds innocent…hmmm

The service at Jazen Tea was excellent, to say the least, by the employee Sarah G, who was very friendly and gave good service. I got a 25-ounce Halo Halo Mix Bubble Tea, which tasted like the actual Filipino dessert Halo Halo. I would definitely recommend it, and I'll definitely be coming back to this location!Kid-friendliness: A-lot of Friendly Bubble Tea options for Kids!

This has been my go to atleast 5x a month for smoothies, esp. avocado overload but recently for 2 consecutive visits, I got disappointed. This visits were attended by a guy/guys. I always order atleast 2 avocado overloads and recently it's no longer as tasty and as thick as before. It's now watery, so diluted, tastes like just water with syrup/sugar only and the cup isn't as full. Imagine 1 good order, then realized the order was actually 2 so he just added more ice and syrup to make 2 cups ? terrible. As you can see in the photo, the cup was never this clean/transparent once it's all drank because it was thick and creamy. It shows how diluted it is now. I used to recommend this location but won't anymore; will avoid visiting unless I don't have choice, no longer worth it.***Update***Tonight we went back to order the same drinks for hopes that it's gone better after my 1 star review 5 days ago. We're happy we got them as good and smooth as before. It was prepared by the girls (who used to do before). These girls are the reason why I gave more stars from 1 to 3 and will give more chances. 3 because of the inconsistency and no guarantee of getting the diluted ones as we always order online. You can tell the difference in the photos alone. We always pick up 10min after order is confirmed because it's only 1minute drive from home. Tbh, the good ones are actually still thick even when it melts until next day when put in fridge. The bad ones, taste like water and syrup only and becomes too watery before it's finished. Make sure it's the girls working if you can before you order ?!

Many tasty options and they have happy hours too.Parking: Parking in rear shared with multiple businesses so it can be difficult to find parking sometimes. Be careful, especially if walking through parking lot. Plenty of blind spots and careless drivers and pedestrians

Noodles are so soft, taste bad. Then when i am paying for the meal. The cashier named "THUY H." added 15% tip without letting me know. I saw her getting the machine and heard that she pressed the buttons to add a tip. I ignored it when i knew the total amount, then i asked for a receipt. I noticed that she added tip which they don't deserve. Thats considered stealing from your customers!
