This has been my go to atleast 5x a month for smoothies, esp. avocado overload but recently for 2 consecutive visits, I got disappointed. This visits were attended by a guy/guys. I always order atleast 2 avocado overloads and recently it's no longer as tasty and as thick as before. It's now watery, so diluted, tastes like just water with syrup/sugar only and the cup isn't as full. Imagine 1 good order, then realized the order was actually 2 so he just added more ice and syrup...read full review
Good food but definitely better quality when eating in the restaurant. Jazen tea drinks, especially the Avocado smoothie are delicious! Many tasty options and they have happy hours too.Parking: Parking in rear shared with multiple businesses so it can be difficult to find parking sometimes. Be careful, especially if walking through parking lot. Plenty of blind spots and careless drivers and pedestrians

The service at Jazen Tea was excellent, to say the least, by the employee Sarah G, who was very friendly and gave good service. I got a 25-ounce Halo Halo Mix Bubble Tea, which tasted like the actual Filipino dessert Halo Halo. I would definitely recommend it, and I'll definitely be coming back to this location!Kid-friendliness: A-lot of Friendly Bubble Tea options for Kids!
