When i asked for 2 pc chicken fry, The stupid cashier (punjabi guy, short beard) replied me WE DONT SELL CHICKEN FRY ! then I showed him the photo top of his head. He said that's Chicken, not chicken fry.I don't know how these stupid get the jobs whereas lot of qualified passionate boys and girls are desperately searching jobs.Does not KFC provide training before sending them to face customers???Time: 1:30-1:35 PM, 21st Feb

KFC in Royal City Mall provided a satisfactory dining experience, albeit with some room for improvement. Service was prompt and efficient, with staff members attending to orders in a timely manner. In terms of cleanliness, the restaurant was well-maintained and presented a tidy appearance.

We did order for dinning in. But we got the worst service. The girl I don’t know her name but she give me fries sandwiches in my hands. I know it’s bot her fault as she is following the rules but when I asked for tray and she said we don’t have trays and if you want a bag then you have to pay for a bag otherwise you can have food in hands. I was shocked. I do work at McDonalds we are supposed to give bags when we are out of trays for dining in. I didn’t like that i had to pay for bag later that I didn’t want to pay. The food was superb, fresh and hot. But their store general manager musk take this concern into action so that nobody else get bothered by this.Vegetarian options: Sandwich was tasty.

The staff are rude! I asked if there’s an included gravy on my chicken and the manager answered me NO in a very rude manner. They dont even include utensils! How am i suppose to eat?????? Super bad service and rude staffs!
After ordering $60 worth of food and waiting as they served everyone ahead of us. She tells me they do not have any white meat and I would have to wait a further 8 minutes if we want white meat. I did not come here to spend my hard earned money on what you want to give me. If you can't serve everyone the same service then you will go out of business as people are not stupid. My name is Stu not STUPID. You can't expect people to accept your poor excuses without repressions. I will wait every time. Or maybe corporate should get involved if you can't serve everyone equally.

I ordered two spicy plant based sandwiches and one larger fries. When I almost finished fries, I found a piece of chicken in it. When I took that to the employees working there, they were very rude and said it was not chicken but it very well was. Then, I asked about the number of the owner/manager for complaining about this mistake on o the cashier(Name Jasjeet idk if that is her name) was very rude and hostile towards me. She was not owning up to her mistake and was very very rude. Recommendation to all the people please do not eat there if you are vegetarian as they happy to serve you chicken and are very rude.Vegetarian options: Don’t eat here if you are vegetarian as they will serve you chicken!

Cashier Hardavin needs to work on her basic etiquettes !This was the first time I visited this location and upon ordering a meal which was $12.29 she end up making that $18 and on asking to confirm the price she rolled her eyes and told me you can look at the receipt! Bro you are working there If I am verbally asking you something you could answer that then better people order through app than dealing with the arrogant workers!The same order at other kfc location was $5 less , through the app is $5 less than what she charged me! I couldn’t even understand why would someone do that ?I saw other reviews about her behaviour being rude to customers?I hope the owner of this location better do something about this!

I come here all the time and it was fine until Hardavin screwed up my orders and whoever is leading that crews rolled eyes on me. I order 4 specials with 1 extra piece each order. He only put 1 pc. It's fine i'll pay for 3 more. 2nd he said per piece is 1.60, thats what I heard but he said 1.16. When i got the bill it was actually 1.69. So fine I paid. I waited for my order. I noticed o one receiot there was a charge on extra mayo amd ketchup I said maybe they gave me the wrong receipt so I asked for the correct one. They said that my receipt and they only put it that way to charge me for the 3 pcs. Then this lady came and explained to me again but I already understood the first time but she rolled her eyes on me and walked away. I love KFC but this location, not sure about that. The shift manager I believe the ladywas was very rude.
